Carbon Cycle Solutions Ltd guarantees the quality of their workmanship. Therefore, all our carbon repairs come with a lifetime owner’s warranty, meaning for as you own the frame or the forks, the warranty remains in place. All paintwork on repaired frames or forks comes with a 12-month warranty.

REFUNDS

We offer a ‘no quibble’ refund / return policy within 14 days should the customer be unhappy with the product.

RETURNS

If you are not entirely happy with the product and we have shipped the product to you, we offer a free returns policy as part of the refund process.
